Fifth Annual Meeting of the Association

The fifth meeting of the Associazione di Storia Economica (ASE), hosted by Zoom, will take place on September, 26 2020 from 3:30 to 6:30 pm. 

This year program has been adjusted due to the COVID-19 pandemic: we will open with the fifth ASE Keynote lecture, held by Claudia Goldin (Harvard University) entitled "Journey through a century of women", and conclude the meeting with the General Assembly.

Fourth Annual Meeting of the Association

7-8 June, 2019. The fourth meeting of the Associazione per la Storia Economica (ASE), co-organised with the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, will be held in Modena, Dipartimento di Economia Marco Biagi, viale Berengario 51, aula 4/ala est. The meeting will feature the second ASE Economic History Workshop, a session on "Quantitative Methods in Business History", a roundtable on "The Economic Development of Europe's Regions. A Quantitative History since 1900", and a lecture by Prof. Cormac O’Grada (University College Dublin). There is no attendance fee, but a current ASE membership is required.
